Study Abroad for Student Teaching
If you are eligible to student teach in Fall 2016, there is an opportunity for the first time to student teach in Ireland! The trip will take place over the course of 4 weeks in Dublin, Ireland and Belfast.
To be eligible, students must have a 3.0 GPA or higher and must apply for student teaching between Feb.1-15, 2016. The application is located in EKUDirect, under the Student Services and Financial Aid tab and is the 11th folder under the regular student teaching application. The candidate must also submit a $250 deposit, an essay, and 3letters of reference. Scholarships may be available to help offset the cost of the trip.
