Family Nature Day
Do you like to get outside and explore nature with your friends and family? We have the event for you!
Come to the free event, Family Nature Day at EKU’s Maywood outside of Crab Orchard, KY. Spend the day participating in such activities as Recreational Tree Climbing, Nature Journaling, Backpacking Basics, and Woodland Creature Hunt. Free pre-registration is required for most activities and space may be limited so register soon by calling the Division of Natural Areas at 859-622-1476 by Thursday, May 5.
