Thursday Night Football Parking & Tailgating Information
Commuter Parking in the Alumni Coliseum (AC) lot will be open with limited lot closure before the EKU Football game at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 8. The top right section of the AC lot normally reserved for employee parking will also be open to commuters this Thursday only.
To avoid lot congestion as tailgaters arrive between 4-5 if you will need to keep your car parked after 4 p.m. in the AC lot please park in the left side of the lot. Tailgating begins on the right side of the lot at 4 p.m. and cars in this area could be blocked in or have difficulty exiting the lot between 4-7 p.m.
Students wishing to tailgate prior to 4 p.m. are invited to tailgate inside the outdoor intramural basketball courts fence. The tailgate will include free back to black towels, barbeque, music, tailgate games and numerous other activities.
