IT Service Desk Hours
The IT Service Desk will resume normal phone coverage for the Spring semester at the 622-3000 support line as follows:
Sundays: 4pm - 11:30pm
Mondays - Thursdays: 7:45am - 11:30pm
Fridays: 7:45am - 4:30pm
We will also be taking walk-ins at the Combs 208 service desk during the following hours:
Mondays - Thursdays 8am - 6:00pm
Fridays 8am - 4:30pm
In addition to calling 622-3000, you may report issues by emailing support@eku.edu or by submitting an online request at http://it.eku.edu/it-desktop-support-ticket.
