Pound® is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! Campus Recreation is adding Pound® to the group fitness schedule starting Tuesday, March 28. Pound® will be offered on Tuesdays from 12:15-1 PM and Wednesdays from 10:00-10:45 PM.
