Relaxation and Meditation Group

  
Experience various types of relaxation and meditation techniques to help calm and relax the mind and body. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. Open to all students, no appointment required! Group meets every Monday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30pm and every Tuesday from 6-7pm!!
