Parking Restriction: University Drive
The City of Richmond has informed Parking & Transportation that on Monday, February 18, 2019 the chain link fence that surrounds Irvine McDowell Park will be removed. This will cause some parking restrictions around University Drive Commuter parking area. The street parking on University Drive from Crabbe Street past Irvine McDowell Park will be blocked off. Parking will be available in other areas around campus.
