McNair Scholars Program Recruitment
The EKU McNair Scholars Program – a federal graduate school preparation program - is recruiting academically talented students aiming for doctorates. Activities include faculty mentoring, a fall colloquium, a spring research class, a paid summer research internship, presentations at national conferences, GRE preparation, graduate school application support, graduate school application fee waivers, an EKU scholarship, and graduate level assistantships and fellowships at leading universities. Activities and conference travel expenses paid by the program. Applicants must be first-generation students from low-income backgrounds and / or Black, Hispanic, Native-American or Pacific Islander. Eligible students who will be sophomores, juniors and seniors in the FALL 2019 semester may apply.
