You are cordially invited to present your research at EKU’s
first annual Social Science Undergraduate Research Symposium. Undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and community members engaged in community research are all encouraged to present their research and/or attend this free event.

Presentations can be given in a session or roundtable. While
we would like to encourage papers around our topic of Reclaiming Our Appalachian Region, research and discussions
on any aspect of social science will be gladly accepted.

We are also glad to present a monetary award for first and second place. Presentations only will be eligible for the award.
