NETA Yoga Certification Registration
EKU Campus Recreation is offering a 2-day, Yoga foundations workshop providing hands on experience on August 3rd -August 4th. This event is welcome to anyone who wants to become a yoga instructor. Early bird pricing is $349, ends July 3rd. The regular pricing is $399 and the deadline to register is July 29th.
You'll learn the basics of class formatting, yoga history, anatomy and physiology of the nervous and respiratory systems, verbal refinements, and inclusive cueing. This certification will provide two sample beginning yoga classes as well as practice under the supervision of an experienced yoga teacher.
