Mental Health Day
In honor of May being mental health awareness month, Alpha Phi Omega and Psi Chi are partnering to bring EKU students a Mental Health Day! This event is on Wednesday, April 24 from 5:00pm-8:00pm in Powell Plaza. There will be stations for you to color, make sensory bottles, play with PlayDoh and write your stressors on water balloons and throw them. Stop by Powell Plaza to de-stress before your final exams! Remember, your mental health is just as important as your physical health. #BreakTheStigma #MentalHealthMatters
