CIS Student Club Meeting
The EKU Computer Information Systems (CIS) Student Club meets every two weeks on Thursdays at 3:20PM. CIS Student Club meetings are open to all EKU students.
Students will learn Python 3 programming in the context of machine learning. If you are interested in exploring programming, please join us.
Also, mark your calendar for Friday, October 18th. Keeneland will host College Scholarship Day. Admission is free with a college student ID.
Finally, the EKU Computer Science Department is hosting a “Computing Job Fair & Mentoring Connect” event on Wednesday, September 25, in Keen Johnson. The morning session begins at 10:00AM with a panel discussion on career preparation. The afternoon session begins at 1:00. Companies will be looking for permanent employees and internships. This is an excellent opportunity to network with IT employers in the region. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
