AmeriCorps Recruitment, KY Ready Corps Garden Project, Lancaster
The EKU KY Ready Corps AmeriCorps Program seeks five (5) new members to serve in a local food insecurity/sustainable garden project, helping those in need due to COVID-19. Members will serve in Fall and Spring 20-21, about 15 hours per week, onsite at the CAC's retreat center in Lancaster, KY. Activities include garden harvesting/maintenance, food distribution, construction of a greenhouse, and more. Benefits include a modest living allowance, and education award at end of service.
