McNair Scholars Program Recruitment

  
The EKU McNair Scholars Program – a sponsored project of the U.S. Department of Education - is recruiting academically talented undergraduate students aiming for doctorate degrees. Program activities include faculty mentoring, a fall colloquium, a spring research class, a paid summer research internship, presentations at national conferences, graduate admission testing preparation, graduate school application fee waivers, an EKU scholarship, and graduate-level assistantships and fellowships at leading universities. Applicants must be first-generation students from low-income backgrounds and/or Black, Hispanic, Native-American, or Pacific Islander. Eligible students who will be sophomores, juniors, and seniors in the FALL 2021 semester may apply. Please email the program director at rich.richmond@eku.edu to confirm your interest in applying.
