Join Colonel Leadership Intern Ayanna Ross and the Health Educator Action Team (H.E.A.T.) to have fun learning why it’s important to invest in your health as student and as a leader. FREE snacks will be provided! This workshop is open to all EKU students.

How are you spending Giving Tuesday? Come support EKU’s Colonel Cupboard at Richmond Underground by donating canned goods or other nonperishable food items this Tuesday, December 1st, between 6 - 10 pm. Enjoy free gaming services for donations! This is open to anyone in the community, including EKU Students, Faculty, Staff, their families, and friends. - 1 Good/per person = 30 Minutes of Video Gaming or 1 game of Laser Tag (15 minutes)
- 3 Goods/per person = 1 Hour of Video Gaming or 2 Games of Laser Tag (30 minutes)
- 10 Goods/per person = Unlimited Video Gaming or 4 Games of Laser Tag (1 hour)
- 20 Goods/per person = Unlimited Laser Tag for the duration of the event (up to 4 hours if they come in at the very beginning) All donated goods will be given to the Colonel Cupboard, EKU’s on-campus food pantry. For more information please contact Will Keaton in the Office of Student Life.

If you picked up an Angle from Powell Lobby off the Holiday Tree, please make sure to return the gifts to Powell 128 this week, or email William.Keaton@eku.edu that you plan to drop the donation off yourself to The Salvation Army. All gifts need to be brought back to Student Life (Powell 128) unwrapped by noon Dec. 4th. Each year, individuals and families turn to The Salvation Army for help during the holidays, whether it's needing food for a Thanksgiving dinner or wanting to see their children's eyes light up when they see presents under the tree Christmas morning. The Salvation Army is here and ready to help.

S.A.S. team members host weekly homework help sessions in the residence halls where they provide homework help, academic support, and workshops to EKU Housing residents.
