Potential Alt. Breakers! The Alternative Break is a program that gives you the opportunity to travel across the United States and the world to engage in volunteer service, experiential learning, while having fun in a different community. The deadline to apply was on March 1st, but we have extended the deadline on three trips:
• Washington D.C.: tackle and learn about hunger in one of the U.S.'s hungriest cities.
• Charleston, South Carolina: work with Habitat for Humanity in constructing a home for a family
• Plains, Georgia: work with the Jimmy Carter National Historic Site to help promote the betterment of the community in which a National Park is located & have dinner with President Jimmy Carter (health allowing). Click more on this announcement to apply for our few open slots.

In this second installment of this semester's SOC Talks series, Dr. Paul Paolucci (Sociology) will discuss how and why the 2016 presidential election turned out the way it did, what we have seen from the Trump Administration so far, and what we might expect to see in the future. There will be a lot of ground to cover and your are encouraged to ask questions after the presentation. We will have proof of attendance slips to hand out afterward. Ask your professor for extra credit for coming!!

Introducing the first ever SOS (Sophomores Only Series)! If you attend two of these events, you will receive a free business card holder. If you participate in all four, you are eligible to attend the Etiquette Program on April 11 free of charge! Each event will last
