The EKU NWTF chapter is having a drawing for 2 YETI Roadie's to people who help with the EKU NWTF Banquet!! There are two simple ways to be entered in the drawing.
Option A is to help in the weeks heading up to the banquet by helping collect donations, selling tickets, or hanging up posters.
Option B is to help set up on the day of the Banquet. It will be held at the Best Western on April 6th and set up will start at 3pm.
You must sign up to become a national member of NWTF to be eligiable. A national member gets a free gift of either a knife set or a $25 Bass Pro gift card and access to "Turkey Country" Magazine, free admission to the National Convention, and discounts at certain stores and insurance. You do not have to be present at the banquet to win. If you wish to be entered into the drawing, please contact Kierra Rump at kierra_rump@mymail.eku.edu

Mitch Barrett will be singing his “Sacred Yard” piece live, for a dance choreographed by Katrina Martir and Nashwa Cahill will choreograph her last Middle Eastern dance for EKU using glow in the dark Isis wings! The 2017 Welch Appalachian Social and Economic Justice Lecture Series will present “Appalachian Dreams: Social Work’s Grand Challenges in the Region for 2017-2027" by Dr. Jim Clark. Dr. Jim Clark is Dean and Professor at the Florida State University, College of Social Work. He earned a PhD from the University of Chicago, an MSW from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree from Sienna College. Dr. Clark’s research interests are in the area of Forensic Social Work, Legal and Ethical Issues and Trauma Informed Translational research.
