All EKU Graduate level students are cordially invited to the Graduate Student Wine and Cheese Social on May 2nd, 2017 6-8 p.m. in the lobby of the Center for the Arts. To help alleviate some of the stress the Executive Vice President, Dr. Carter, and members of her Student Advisory Board have decided to host the First Semi-Annual Graduate Student Wine and Cheese Social for current GRADUATE LEVEL STUDENTS OVER AGE 21. Food, wine, and musical entertainment will be provided to set a relaxing atmosphere for graduate students to unwind after a long semester. EKU guitar majors will perform their final concert of the semester on May 2, at 7:30 p.m. in Gifford Theater (Campbell Building, EKU Main Campus). This concert will feature jazz and fusion selections by Mike Stern, Pat Martino, and Pat Metheny, The acoustic set includes compositions by Andrew York, Francisco Carulli, and J.S. Bach. Select soloists will be featured and every concert includes some vintage rock & blues selections. This concert is free and everyone is invited!
