Employees, students and community volunteers, We are excited about this opportunity to manage our potentially blight-resistant American chestnut seed orchard at EKU – we need to clean up the weeds that are strangling our one-year old seedlings, replace tree tubes, etc. We need 15-20 good volunteers to help with this crucial orchard maintenance for a few hours. This is easy work, but it’s also very important for seedling survival – we hope we can count on you!
