Join us for an old-time jam, focusing on traditional old-time, Appalachian, and early bluegrass music. Bring your instruments. All experience levels are welcome. Open to all EKU students, faculty, staff, and friends. Jams will be on the last Wednesday of every month, from August through November, 7–9 p.m., in Keith Hall, Room 130.

Come by Kieth 129 on Wednesday at 4 pm to learn how YOU can study abroad in Peru! Open to students of all majors, the KIIS Peru program focuses primarily on archaeology and anthropology. We will stay in many colonial gems, including Arequipa and Cuzco, and visit numerous sites including a flight over the famous Nazca Lines, before reaching Machu Picchu, the most celebrated archaeological site in the Western Hemisphere.

The month of spooks in the night is next week and what a better way to start it off than having a Ghost Tour. Join the Office of Student Life & First-Year Experience next Tuesday night full of fright as you tour Keene Johnson with Chris Moon. Bring a friend, you’ll need it.

Come join Student Life and First-Year Experience as we combine EKU’s favorite pastimes: Netflix and Bingo! Ten rounds and prize baskets centered around your favorite shows, like Stranger Things and House of Cards, and more. Students dressed as their favorite Netflix character will receive one extra card.

In this workshop, you will learn the study strategy of concept mapping to help you prepare for "big picture" questions on exams as well as grasping larger concepts in a course. This is also great early help for midterms and finals.
