Come by Kieth 129 on Wednesday the 4th at 4 pm to find out how you can study abroad in Italy with EKU professor Dr. Jim Gleason! The KIIS summer program in Italy begins in Florence with an exploration of the city's world-class art and architecture. It then moves to the beautiful Tuscan city of Siena where students wander the enchanting medieval streets and alleyways. Day-trips take us to the World Heritage Site of San Gimignano, to a picturesque vineyard in the Chianti wine district, and to the pilgrimage site of Assisi, St. Francis's home and burial-place. The program continues with nine days in Rome, allowing students to visit the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and many more memorable points of interest. All Campus Recreation Adventure Program Trips include food, transportation and all gear necessary for the adventure. Time of departure is dependent upon your schedule. We also can assist with any dietary restriction to ensure you have the best trip possible. All trips are student run by certified medically trained guides.
Our trips serve everyone from the novice to the advanced athlete. And the cost for this adventure is only $150!
