The Office of Military & Veteran Affairs is hosting a Holiday Angel Tree Drive for the veterans at Thomson-Hood Veterans Nursing Home, located in Wilmore, KY. Last year, the EKU community was able to provide gifts for 45 veterans, and this year, we’re planning to provide gifts for all of the residents at the veterans home. 192 gifts! There are four tree locations where you can pick up a gift tag: Middle Powell, Telford Hall, Burnam House, and Campus Wearhouse, located in Richmond Center. Simply take a name from the tree, purchase the gift on the tag, and drop it off at the Burnam House by December 5. We’ll even wrap it for you! Don’t forget to include the gift tag with the veteran’s name with your gift. Please consider supporting our military veterans during this holiday season. We appreciate your generosity!
