Chronic pain, defined as pain which persists beyond the expected time of healing- affects over 20% of the U.S. population and is associated with significant interference with daily activities. Yet, much remains to be known about why pain is interfering. In this talk, Dr. Boggero will argue that fatigue is a fundamental contributor to pain-related interference and will propose that fatigue subtypes each contribute unique variance to pain interference.
