Save the Date! April 24th is EKU’s first-ever Giving Day. Join students, fellow faculty and staff, parents, alumni, and friends in celebrating EKU by giving to the area of campus that means the most to you or by volunteering your time by writing a thank you note. In honor of May being mental health awareness month, Alpha Phi Omega and Psi Chi are partnering to bring EKU students a Mental Health Day! This event is on Wednesday, April 24 from 5:00pm-8:00pm in Powell Plaza. There will be stations for you to color, make sensory bottles, play with PlayDoh and write your stressors on water balloons and throw them. Stop by Powell Plaza to de-stress before your final exams! Remember, your mental health is just as important as your physical health. #BreakTheStigma #MentalHealthMatters

The Main Library is open 24 hours daily until Thursday, May 9 so you can have constant access to library resources and study spaces. A security guard is stationed to help ensure overnight safety. Please use the Main Lobby entrance and present your EKU student ID for entry between midnight-7:00 a.m.

Hello guys, gals,non-binary pals and allies! The Alphabet Center and Student Life will hosting our 3rd annual PRIDE PROM!! The theme for Prom is Queer Icons, so anyone who has inspired you or gave you the courage to be your true self. Dressing up as those Icons are highly encouraged but not mandatory. It is a night to be your true self and even come as you are. Allies, friends, and families are welcome! It will be on Friday, April 26th, in the Keen Johnson Ballroom from 8-11:30pm.

Join us next Tuesday at 9pm for our last bingo of the semester, Summer Bingo! Our prize baskets include things like coolers, tumblers, hammocks, pool floats, and other things designed to help you get a jump start on summer vacation! Tomorrow, award-winning performers Liza DiSavino and A.J. Bodnar will present a program featuring ballads performed with a variety of instruments in a variety of styles. Light refreshments to follow. Merchandise will be available for purchase.

Interested in hearing from a former Marine fighter pilot? LtCol McGrath will be coming to EKU to speak about her experiences in the military as a pilot. This event will be perfect for anyone who is curious about a military career, an aviation career, or just looking for a great talk with an amazing patriot - all are welcome! We will also have representatives for the aviation program available for all who are curious. Join the EKU Women in Aviation chapter on May 3rd!

TODAY, the very first Wear Maroon Wednesday kicks off in conjunction with EKU Giving Day. Want to be escorted to your classes on a golf cart? Wear maroon and show off your EKU spirit, then post a picture using #iwearmaroon to enter a drawing for a day of golf cart rides!

Join us for donuts and battling apathy and low energy during the last few weeks of classes. We will discuss keeping motivated, positive self-messaging, and working self-care into your routine.
