It's time for our second Colonels Create session! Colonels Create offers students the opportunity to learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques, make friends, and collaborate on an art mural under the direction of a skilled artist. Last month, we decided upon the theme of “resilience,” picked a color scheme, and laid the foundations. On October 9th, we’ll begin adding our personal imprints upon the work. The finished product, a collaborative venture between dozens of student artists, will be hung outside the University Advising Center. You can attend one or all of the sessions. This is your chance to get involved, learn some basic art skills, and leave your mark on campus. Up to 24 students can register. But spots are going fast. Kappa Alpha Theta invites YOU to Rock the CASA!
On October 9th from 7 to 9pm, we will be hosting an outdoor concert in the Ravine. Cotton candy and popcorn will be sold at the event in addition to other food vendors.
We will be tabling on October 8th and 9th outside of Case selling tickets in advance as well as hosting a raffle for a $30 Nuevos Gift Certificate.
Tickets for the event are $3 and raffle tickets are $2.

Java City will be reopening 10/3 and operating at their regular hours.

Centered is a skill building stress and mindfulness processing group for the EKU Community that uses acceptance and commitment techniques and mindfulness to manage stress, build resilience, and find balance in your life.
The first closed group will run for approximately 10 weeks and last for an hour per session. Screenings will be conducted until openings are filled. Anticipated group start date and times will be TBD.
