Student Government Association is hosting its first-ever cultural art show. There will be drinks and snacks at the event as well as a prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Student Health Services will offer free flu shots to students from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday 10/23/19 in Rowlett room 249. You must have a valid EKU Student ID with you to sign in and receive your flu shot. Proof of immunization will be offered.

Introducing the EKU Supper Club! Join us for an inclusive meal with your peers at no cost to you in the EKU Regents Room. Supper will be provided as you meet and mingle with other students. The Regents Room is located on the third floor of Case Dining Hall next to the marketing offices. Be sure to RSVP with EKU Dining in order to be a part of this experience! The Halloween component to the night's festivities will begin in the evening, with doors opening at 5:00 p.m. on the concourse level near the natatorium. Games and candy will be provided by the EKU Parks and Recreation department in the Fred Darling Auxiliary Gym. Free pizza will also be available while supplies last. All children are encouraged to wear costumes, as there will be a kids' costume parade on the main floor of Alumni Coliseum. The official Hoopfest program will begin at 6:00 p.m., with opening performances by the EKU cheer and dance teams. Head coaches A.W. Hamilton & Samantha Williams will then introduce their teams, followed by Maroon vs. White scrimmages. Free EKU Hoopfest T-shirts will be distributed at the end of the event. March with Hope's Wings as we take a strong stand against domestic violence in our community and celebrate those who choose not to use violence in their relationships. Green Dot and other community partners will be tabling at the event. There will be food trucks as well.

The Office of Military and Veteran Affairs would like to invite all students, faculty, staff and community members to participate in the Veterans Day National Roll Call of Fallen Heroes on Monday, November 11th, 2019. National Roll Call will be conducted from 5:30 am to 1:00 pm in front of Veterans Memorial, Powell Plaza, where we will read aloud the names of our fallen heroes. If you would like to volunteer to read names for a 15-minute time slot, please click on the web link below to submit your volunteer form.
