The Noel Studio seeks to hire desk consultants for the Fall 2020 semester. Desk Consultants work directly with Noel Studio visitors to help them schedule appointments for consultations and/or reserve spaces, and locate spaces, resources, and services/events within the Noel Studio and Libraries. When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful. The tools provided in this workshop are aimed to provide you with skills to navigate these intense emotions and increase the positive experiences throughout your day.

Join the staff of the EKU Counseling Center today for a workshop on how to improve your personal performance. When we are stressed, it can hard to operate at our best. When we are stressed and then have to complete tasks that will be graded or evaluated, it can feel impossible to be our best. This workshop focuses on ways to improve test anxiety, improving personal motivation for the things that need to get done, as well as how to set effective and attainable goals.
