Hello all EKU students!
My name is Edwin Thompson your head baseball coach here at EKU.This spring has been tough/there is a ton of uncertainty,but the one thing I know is we have the best students around! I am looking to hire people that want to be a part of our baseball program.
Looking for people with experience in the following areas:
•Graphic Design (experience with photo shop, social media graphics, website design etc.)
•Students that want to get a job in athletics
•Community Relations, marketing, promotions etc.
•Summer/Fall Internships
I have Scholarship $$ in the fall available!

Today’s workshop series includes…
2PM- Distress Tolerance Join the EKU Counseling Center staff today for a workshop on Distress Tolerance. When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful. The tools provided in this workshop are aimed to provide you with skills to navigate these intense emotions and increase the positive experiences throughout your day.

Free QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer) Gatekeeper training for suicide prevention for faculty, staff and students will be offered via the secure platform, doxy.me. As a QPR-trained Gatekeeper, you will learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to help someone find the help they may need.
