A Parent Café is a safe, non-judgmental opportunity for parents and caregivers to engage in conversations about what it means to keep their children safe and their families strong. We will share information and ideas that help us take care of ourselves, raise strong children and build strong relationships within our family! Since the outbreak of COVID-19, families have been feeling stress due to multiple reasons: fear, worry, changes in daily life, changes in sleep, etc. During our Parent Café, we will be discussing mental health and ways that you and your children have been coping with stress during this pandemic.
