The Noel Studio is fully online for Summer II to help with essays, presentations, research posters, visual aids, and more! We work with students from any major or class, and at any stage of the communication process—from brainstorming to final revision, and every point in between. And, while our space is currently closed and our phones are not staffed, our friendly front desk staff are also available via chat at studio.eku.edu to help you schedule consultations and connect with a Noel Studio consultant online. Join the staff of the EKU Counseling Center today for a workshop on Mindfulness. Being isolated in quarantine can lead to spending a lot of time on various activities that take your attention away from the present moment. Practicing mindfulness can be a great opportunity to improve your mental health by challenging yourself to be present and aware of your thoughts and feelings. In this workshop, you will learn tools that can help you practice mindfulness and work towards reducing and preventing stress, anxiety, depression, as well as many other concerns you may be experiencing.

Let’s Talk is a free, confidential consultation service offered through the EKU Counseling Center for currently enrolled EKU Students. Have a specific problem but unsure about counseling? The EKU Counseling Center is providing easy access to informal, confidential conversations with our professional mental health clinicians!
