The Noel Studio is fully online for Summer II to help with essays, presentations, research posters, visual aids, and more! We work with students from any major or class, and at any stage of the communication process—from brainstorming to final revision, and every point in between. And, while our space is currently closed and our phones are not staffed, our friendly front desk staff are also available via chat at studio.eku.edu to help you schedule consultations and connect with a Noel Studio consultant online. Join the EKU Counseling Center staff today for a workshop on Distress Tolerance. When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful. The tools provided in this workshop are aimed to provide you with skills to navigate these intense emotions and increase the positive experiences throughout your day.

Let’s Talk is a free, confidential consultation service offered through the EKU Counseling Center for currently enrolled EKU Students. Have a specific problem but unsure about counseling? Wonder what it's like to talk with a mental health therapist or psychologist? Concerned about a friend but not sure how to help? The EKU Counseling Center is providing easy access to informal, confidential conversations with our professional mental health clinicians!
