Here are some tools to address coping skills that can be effective at giving us control over our emotions and improving our ability to regulate our moods. I am conducting a research study on “The Relationship of Extracurricular Activity on Leadership Development Comparing International and Domestic Students” for doctoral dissertation in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. The survey is open to students who attend a Kentucky University. This study will take approximately 10 minutes of your time. We will be operating in a different manner, but we are still here to meet your needs. Typically, we operate on a shopping model, but due to social distancing guidelines we will now be offering food boxes.
If you are in need of food, toiletries, or clothing, you can contact us at food.pantry@eku.edu. We will prepare a box with an assortment of food that can then be picked up at a scheduled time. If you are also in need of toiletries and/or clothing, we can provide this based on your specifications and/or clothing sizes.

The EKU KY Ready Corps AmeriCorps program seeks a member to serve 15-20 hours per week in the College of Justice and Safety as a Member Recruitment/Social Media Manager in Fall-Spring 20-21. Activities include monitoring and posting daily on social media, creation of print and electronic recruitment materials, maintenance of contact lists and frequent outreach via Google mail merges, social media posts and connections. The EKU KY Ready Corps AmeriCorps Program seeks five (5) new members to serve in a local food insecurity/sustainable garden project, helping those in need due to COVID-19. Members will serve in Fall and Spring 20-21, about 15 hours per week, onsite at the CAC's retreat center in Lancaster, KY. Activities include garden harvesting/maintenance, food distribution, construction of a greenhouse, and more. Benefits include a modest living allowance, and education award at end of service.
